Step 1: Fill in the trip reservation form below and email it to us (cut out the following information, paste it into your email to us and fill in the missing details). Details should be filled in for each group member. Please do not make a reservation until you have all the details below. We cannot accept a booking without all the names, nationalities, passport numbers and ages.

By making a trip reservation and paying the deposit, our agency will assume that all travellers participating in our services will have thoroughly read the policy agreement, and acknowledge and agreed to the information there in.

Step 3: We will send you confirmation of trip availability and deposit details: The email will confirm the total price of the trip and any additional services that you may have requested. We will also include details of how to pay and by what date the deposit (US$150 per person) must send it. We will usually ask you to pay the trip deposit within 3 days of us accepting your reservation. Do not send any money until we have confirmed your trip dates by email!

Step 4: Payment of the trip deposit: Once you have checked that the details in our trip confirmation email we send you are correct, you are ready to make send the deposit. We will send you more detailed information about how to pay your trip deposit with our trip confirmation email.

Methods of payment include:

(1) Payment by Western Union - There are additional fees associated with this method of payment the method of payment depends on which country that you are sending the money. From the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Netherlands & Norway you can make the money transfer online. Just visit the website www.westernunion.com and follow the instructions. Visa and Master Card can be used. The charge is less if you go directly to a local Western Union agent in your town and pay in cash. For countries other than those mentioned above you will have to go to the office of your local agent to pay the deposit.

(2) Payment by International bank transfer - There are additional fees associated with this method of payment.Unfortunatly, we currently do not accept credit cards directly.

DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR RESERVATION FIRST.

Step 3: Confirmation of trip deposit receipt: We will send you an email confirming that we have received your trip deposit.

Step 4: Come to Cusco and pay the remaining trip balance. You can pay the balance of the trip at our offices in Cusco (minimum of 2 days before trip departure, before 7pm). Payment can be made in cash US$, local currency (Peruvian Nuevo Soles) or American Express Travel Checks (+ 3% commission charged). You can withdraw cash in either US$ or Peruvian Sole from one of the many ATM machines in Cusco (Visa, MasterCard, etc). So that you do not experience any problems with your credit / bank cards while in Peru, is advisable to inform your bank that you will be traveling, and will be using your credit card outside of your home country Remember that the limit that you can withdraw each day in Peru may be less than your normal limit at home.

In the Event of Trip Cancellation by the Client:

Please note that the trip deposit of US$150 per person is non-refundable. The deposit is used to reserve space within the group. Once we have made a trip reservation with the government authorities we cannot then change any details of the reservation (your name, passport number or departure date). If you have to cancel your trip booking government authorities will not let us fill your cancelled spaces with other clients, we just have to depart with a smaller less-economic group. Once purchased the trip permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

(i) Trip cancellation prior to 7pm two days prior to trip departure (after having paid the trip deposit): Loss of trip deposit. All other payments will be refunded in full. Note that if the trip balance is not received prior to 7pm two days before trip departure then the trip will be deemed to have been cancelled and the deposit cannot be returned. Once we have bought the trip permits it should be noted that we cannot then substitute other travellers in your place if you have to cancel. The Machu Picchu by Train Trip permit, bus ticket and train ticket will be returned.

(ii) Trip cancellation between 7pm two days before trip departure and prior to actual trip departure (i.e. once you have paid for the trip in full): The unused train ticket from Cusco – Machu Picchu – Cusco, and the bus ticket from Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu down to Aguas Calientes will be returned to you.
