TOURS TO MACHU PICCHU BY CAR 2012

Machu Picchu by car, is a new alternative for people who do not have much time as they often are not places for the train and this is the new way to reach Machupicchu fast and safe and beautiful scenery in its path. Pick up from your hotel 8: am, Home of the tour we went to Ollantaytambo enjoying beautiful landscapes of the area. Where we will stop for about 30 min. From where we continue the journey by climbing a winding course to Abra de Málaga located at an altitude of 4316 meters from where we can see the most beautiful landscapes of the Peruvian geography.

We cannot make a reservation for you or accept your deposit without the completed reservation form. This includes all the names, nationalities, and passport numbers and ages of all group members.

When filling out the form below please do not use all capital letters, or highlight your answer in a different color. When given an option such as male or female or Yes or No please delete the option that does not apply, leaving just your chosen option.

By making a trip reservation and paying the deposit, our agency will assume the responsibility.

Step 2: We will send you confirmation of availability and deposit details Trek: The email will confirm the total price of the trek and any additional services that you may have requested. We will also include details of how to pay and by what date the deposit (50% per person) must send it. We will usually ask you to pay the trek deposit within 3 days of us accepting your reservation. Do not send any money until we have confirmed your trip dates by email!

Step 3: Payment of the trek deposit: Once you have checked that the details in our travelers’ confirmation email we send you are correct, you are ready to make send the deposit. We will send you more detailed information about how to pay your deposit with our Machu Picchu reservation form confirmation email.

(1) Payment by Western Union - There are additional fees associated with this method of payment the method of payment depends on which country that you are sending the money. From the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Netherlands & Norway you can make the money transfer online. Just visit the website www.westernunion.com and follow the instructions. Visa and MasterCard can be used. The charge is less if you go directly to a local Western Union agent in your town and pay in cash. For countries other than those mentioned above you will have to go to the office of your local agent to pay the deposit.

(2) Payment by International Bank Transfer - There are additional fees associated with this method of payment.Unfortunatly, we currently do not accept credit cards directly.

DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR RESERVATION FIRST.

Step 3: Confirmation of travelers deposit receipt: We will send you an email confirming that we have received your trip deposit.

Step 4: Come to Cusco and pay the remaining balance trek. You can pay the balance of the trip at our offices in Cusco (minimum of 2 days before departure trek, before 7pm). Payment can be made in U.S. cash $, local currency (Peruvian Nuevo Soles) or American Express Travel Checks (+ 3% commission charged). You can withdraw cash in either USD or $ $ Peruvian Soles from one of the many ATM machines in Cusco (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). So that you do not experience any problems with your credit / bank cards while in Peru, is advisable to inform your bank that you will be traveling, and will be using your credit card outside of your home country. Remember that the limit that you can withdraw each day in Peru may be less than your normal limit at home.
